Tank & Vessel Inspection

For many industries, Pressure Tank and vessels are industrial containers designed to hold vapors, liquids, or gases.storage. Regular inspections are a critical part of the maintenance process for pressure vessels. Tank and vessel connections are inspected for deformations, cuts, cracks, or gouges, including on nozzles, utility holes, and reinforcing plates and the surface is inspected for corrosion or other defects. We can scan the pressure tank using Farofocus long range 3D scanner and get the scan data. This scan positional information enables inspections not only to locate areas of interest but also to visualize the entire tank structure. Now, the 3D scan data is imported in 3D inspection software like Geomagic Control X and Scene software. This scan data is digitally aligned and all the defects, containment and corrosion is shown as colour map deviation. The final output is taken as an inspection report in PDF format and given to the customer.
