Freescan Trio Triple Camera - Handheld Laser 3D Scanner

First Marker-Free Laser 3D Scanner

Overview

The FreeScan Trio has marker-free scanning capabilities. It has the powerful 98-laser-line mode powered by a triple 5-megapixel camera system for scanning larger objects, eliminating the need for markers and time required for preparation. It can capture 3,010,000 points per second, making it the fastest handheld 3D scanner. With the largest FOV 650 X 580 mm, it gathers more data with each sweep. In addition to its primary 98-laser-line mode, the FreeScan Trio offers versatile scanning options, including a single-line, 7 parallel lines, and 26 crossed lines. These scanning modes help with the various sizes of projects across multiple industries. Also, the FreeScan Trio supports an integrated photogrammetry mode that seamlessly works with SHINING 3D's magnetic scale bar to increase the volumetric accuracy to 0.02mm + 0.015mm/m.

Key Features

1. Markerless 3D scanning

The FreeScan Trio redefines speed and efficiency with its 98 laser lines that scan the object without the markers. It uses the object feature as a reference for the scan alignment. It can deliver up to 3,010,000 points per second without preparing, such as applying spray or stickers or anything on the object before scanning.

Four scanning Modes

FreeScan Trio has four different scanning modes, 98, 26, 7, and 1 laser lines, that enable you to scan objects from small 2 mm parts to any larger components and assemblies or vehicles. Freescan Trio is an all-in-one scanner for all your industrial-grade 3D scanning solutions.

Built in photogrammetry

In order to improve the accuracy, Prior to the scanning, The FreeScan Trio has a patented built-in photogrammetry mode that can achieve a remarkable volumetric accuracy of up to 0.02mm + 0.015mm/m. Place markers and just one magnetic scale bar and the FreeScan Trio will quickly lock in the spatial position of the target frame

Powerful 3 Five-megapixel Cameras

With three industrial-grade 5-megapixel cameras, Freescan Trio brings out the most elaborate details and high-quality 3D scan data from the physical object.

Design and Certifications

Freescan trio weight of less than 1 kg for scanning for a more extended hour, and it has the following certifications: CE, FCC, ROHS, WEEE, KC, FDA, UKCA, and IP50 for accuracy and reliability.

Our most frequently asked questions

Freescan Trio has inbuilt photography and ninety-eight laser lines for markerless scanning, which the Freescan combo doesn't have. Freescan combo is made for small and medium parts up to 30 mm to 5 meters. Trio is for 2mm to any size up to 40 meters.

When scanning a 5 t 10 meter, you can calculate the accuracy on two methods, with or without photogrammetry. While using photogrammetry, accuracy will be 80(.015/m) microns and without photogrammetry(.030/m), it will be 150 microns.

Freescan Trio does not require any pre-preparation of parts before scanning such as spray or stickers , black , multi coloured and shiny objects can be scanned without spray.

The Shining 3D FreeScan Trio is an advanced 3D scanner that offers marker-free scanning capabilities. It stands out due to its powerful 98-laser-line mode, triple 5-megapixel camera system, and exceptional scanning speed.

The FreeScan Trio can capture an impressive 3,010,000 points per second, making it the fastest handheld 3D scanner available on the market.

Using inbuilt photogrammetry systems increases the precision of scanning larger objects. Before utilizing inbuilt photogrammetry bars with the FreeScan Trio, we need to stick the scanning markers. Freescan Trio inbuilt photogrammetry scans the markers and its position now. When scanning is performed, scanners are aligned to the marker positions this meticulous alignment eliminates scanning errors, resulting in significantly more accurate and reliable data capture.
