High Resolution Cameras for detailed 3D Scan

OptimScan Q12, equipped with 4 × 12.3 MP cameras, captures high-resolution surface geometry with consistent accuracy across complex part features. With integrated hardware acceleration and advanced 3D reconstruction algorithms, the system `delivers measurement accuracy up to 0.005 mm, ensuring consistent and repeatable scanning results.

Dual Scan Range, Simplified Operation (No need to change the lenses manually)

OptimScan Q12 supports two selectable scan ranges, switchable via software without requiring manual changes to aperture or focal length.

Large range: 430 × 300 mm

Small range: 160 × 110 mm

Scans from both ranges can be automatically merged within the software to retain fine detail while maintaining scanning efficiency.

Monocular-Stereo Fusion (MSF)

MSF technology enhances overall data completeness by combining monocular and stereo imaging. This is especially effective for capturing difficult areas such as edges, joints, and recessed features commonly found in industrial components.

Multiple Exposure for Accelerated Capture

Powered by a dual-chip computing module, the system achieves high-speed image acquisition—each scan frame is completed in under one second, capturing approximately 12 million data points per shot.

The scanner supports multiple exposure modes, including automatic exposure
control, to reduce scan time while maintaining optimal performance across varied surface types and finishes.

Versatile Configuration for Adaptability

The OptimScan Q12 features a compact, portable structure suitable for handheld operation.For semi-automated setups, it supports integration with a tripod and a motorized turntable (up to 20 kg load). This system is engineered for small to medium-sized parts where precision requirements are high—ideal for industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical tooling, and electronics.

The system supports markerless operation for general use. However, for higher-precision workflows, it can recognize non-reflective markers in 1 mm, 2 mm, or 4 mm sizes to improve data alignment.

The integrated inspection module supports complete measurement functionality, including surface deviation, section comparison, feature extraction, dimensional analysis, tolerance check, gauge measurement, and report generation.
