Photogrammetry is used to attain high accuracy while scanning larger size parts.
Freescan UE pro scan accuracy comes with 0.020mm and volumetric accuracy 0.02+0.03 mm/m (standard mode); 0.02+0.015 mm/m (built-in photogrammetry mode)What maximum part size will the Freescan UE Pro 3D Scanner scan?
Freescan UE Pro scan from a minimum size of the coin to a 10-meter part. For scanning of large sizes, we use Photogrammetry for better accuracy.
The final output is.STL. This. STL format is supported in all cad design, reverse engineering, and 3D inspection software.
The operation condition of the Scanner is -20 ~ 40℃ and this Scanner can operate in both indoor and outdoor conditions.
While scanning the small parts, we can place markers on the table and place the part above the table and scan, so no need to place markers on parts. For 3D scanning of large parts, we can directly place markers on the object.
It is a metrology-grade certified scanner, so we can directly scan any surface without using the developer.
Freescan UE Pro comes with a warranty period of 1 year, Precise3DM can support with the additional warranty of one more year.
